UO Counsel Randy Geller represents Pernsteiner and OUS Board

12/6/2011: Don't trust him. Word down at the law school cafe is that the formal transition happens soon, but obviously he sold us out long ago. Lariviere thought $200,000 would buy some loyalty, but apparently Randy shopped that offer around. This 11/4/2011 OUS IMD is complicated - lots of ins and outs - but here's the gist.   2. Geller is representing Pernsteiner and the OUS Board? In what sense? What happened to Ryan Hagemann?

    Didn't you just post a memo from OUS that indicated that all legal affairs had to go through OUS?
