I'm curious about the terms of the agreement. More than a few of us were concerned when we first learned about Lariviere's discussions with Gabon. Could you post a copy on UOMatters?
The State department Human Rights Report on Gabon says: The law does not provide for public access to government information, and the government generally did not allow such access.Under Hubin and Geller, UO's public records policies and practices are similar. So I don't have a copy, yet.
Thanks for commenting on a UO matter. We value comments with solid information, unverified rumors, or your considered, honest opinion - especially if that involves no more than one cuss word.
