I'm curious about the terms of the agreement. More than a few of us were concerned when we first learned about Lariviere's discussions with Gabon. Could you post a copy on UOMatters?
The State department Human Rights Report on Gabon says: The law does not provide for public access to government information, and the government generally did not allow such access.

Thanks for commenting on a UO matter. We value comments with solid information, unverified rumors, or your considered, honest opinion - especially if that involves no more than one cuss word.
