Student housing bubble great news for UO

12/16/12: Diane Dietz of the RG has the story on the Eugene bubble. Since parents look at the total cost of attendance, decreases in rental costs allow UO to increase tuition dollar for dollar - and the fancy places like Kilkenny's Towers are typically for rich out-of-staters. This glut will help UO for years.
